The Logistics Intern will assist the Import Division in managing and coordinating import activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. This role involves supporting documentation, compliance with import regulations, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders such as suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in international trade processes and import logistics operations.
Assist in preparing and reviewing import documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, and certificates of origin.
Support the process of customs clearance and ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to track and monitor shipments.
Maintain accurate records of import documentation and update shipment status reports.
Assist in calculating and verifying import duties, taxes, and other related costs.
Help identify and resolve any issues or delays related to import activities.
Conduct research on import regulations, HS codes, and trade compliance requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Logistics team for day-to-day operations.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
Basic understanding of international trade, import procedures, and logistics management is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
