The Human Capital Business Partner Intern PT Berdikari is responsible for supporting the Human Capital Business Partner team in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR initiatives across business units. This role will provide hands-on experience in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. The intern will work closely with multiple stakeholders to help improve organizational effectiveness and ensure people strategies contribute to overall business success.
Support the Human Capital Business Partner in aligning people strategy with business goals for assigned business units.
Assist in workforce planning, including headcount analysis and talent pipeline development.
Participate in recruitment processes by supporting candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
Assist in managing performance review processes, including monitoring timelines, collecting data, and preparing reports.
Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus group discussions, and engagement events.
Help manage employee relations cases by providing administrative assistance and maintaining confidentiality.
Assist in analyzing HR data and preparing dashboards or reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and productivity.
Support the implementation of learning and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking participation.
Conduct research on HR best practices, including organizational design, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
Assist in change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new policies, systems, or organizational changes.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the HC Business Partner team, including documentation and filing.
Collaborate with other HC functions (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure seamless HR operations.
