- Designed an employee motivation survey aligned with four organizational pillars: organizational and career management, remuneration, retirement programs, and HR policies.
- Analyzed and interpreted survey responses from over 300 employees to identify key insights for organizational development.
- Developed comprehensive job descriptions for positions ranging from grade 8 to 16 at PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi.

- Successfully evaluated the performance of the General Treasurer and the UUM department through regular meetings held every 3 months.
