The certification includes extensive training in COSL safety culture, Portland cement chemistry, and various cementing techniques such as primary, inner string, two-stage, squeeze, plug, and liner cementing. It also covers advanced topics like COSL cementing chemicals, slurry systems, HTHP and deepwater cementing technologies, and gas migration and lost circulation prevention. Laboratory training focuses on operating cementing test equipment and performing tests per API standards. It emphasizes understanding the properties and sampling procedures of COSL cementing materials. All training aligns with API Recommended Practice 10B-2 for well cement testing.
