I’m a fresh graduate from Singaperbangsa University of Karawang with 1 year of hands-on experience as a Laboratory Assistant and internships in HR (generalist, performance and rewards, management development, innovation, culture). Passionate about Human Capital, HR, Training and Development, People Management, and Continuous Improvement, I seek opportunities that allow me to grow and bring value to organizations. With experience in industries like corporate, digital, aviation MRO, fashion, and FnB, I’ve developed adaptability and a hunger for learning.
