I’m a fresh graduate from Singaperbangsa University of Karawang with 1 year of hands-on experience as a Laboratory Assistant and internships in HR (generalist, performance and rewards, management development, innovation, culture). Passionate about Human Capital, HR, Training and Development, People Management, and Continuous Improvement, I seek opportunities that allow me to grow and bring value to organizations. With experience in industries like corporate, digital, aviation MRO, fashion, and FnB, I’ve developed adaptability and a hunger for learning. I possess strong soft skills in public speaking, leadership, quick learning, and decision-making, and am proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), SPSS, Performance Appraisal, Training Need Analysis, Technical Recruiting, Google Workspace, Design Learning, Lean Tools, and Kaizen.
