1. Surveyed data on loan requirements from 6 state-owned banks, including analysis of interest rates, tenors, and document requirements to support the evaluation of employee housing benefits.
2. Collected and analyzed house rent data in 20++ regions, including price comparison and facilities, as a reference in determining housing benefits.
3. Prepare and manage official travel registration through internal system for approval process, including document verification and coordination with relevant superiors.
4. Analyzed the format of the company's annual report by reviewing 10++ annual reports from various companies to understand the structure and content relevant to the preparation of departmental reports.
5. Conducted a survey of freight transportation costs for moving purposes, including a comparison of rates from 5 service providers in Indonesia, to support employee relocation policies.
6. Survey data on education costs in 34 provinces throughout Indonesia to be used as supporting data for tuition assistance benefit policies.
