• Sourced and screened 150+ CVs from platforms such as JobStreet, Kalibrr, and LinkedIn for multiple IT roles.
• Managed and updated the candidate database.
• Followed up with candidates via WhatsApp Blast to remind them about online tests.
• Scheduled interview sessions (HR, user, and offering stages) for various candidates.
• Acted as both observer and interviewer during HR and user interview sessions.

Main activities:
• Became Person in Charge (PIC) of the Welcoming Staff Psyhope UI 2024 event, responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the event attended by 50+ participants, with an average survey score of 5.5 out of 6.
• Served as Game Master for the Psyhope UI 2024 Team building event attended by 25+ participants.
• Became Person in Charge (PIC) in the preparation of the Psyhope UI 2024 Performance Report (Rapor), including the process of collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.

Main activities:
• Supported the successful organization of the PDKM Opening Event, attended by 140+ participants.
• Acted as a peer buddy for 10 interns from 4 different bureaus/ departments in the "Sahabat Bidang" (SaBi) program, facilitating team bonding and casual discussion sessions to strengthen engagement.
• Contributed to an innovation project within the PSDM bureau, evaluating the "Bincang Diskusi" and "PDKM" programs and presenting strategic recommendations for improvement to enhance program effectiveness.

• Led and managed a team of 10 event staff, ensuring effective coordination and successful completion of all tasks.
• Collaborated with the Head of Events Division to plan and execute all event activities, including the pre-event "Road to PsyCamp" and the main event "PsyCamp 2023," attended by 100+ participants.
• MC for the opening and closing event of PsyCamp 2023.
• Contributed to the event’s success, achieving an average survey score of 5.75 out of 6 for participant camaraderie and 5.88 out of 6 for recreational value.
