● Designed a new guideline for managing psychosocial risks in the workplace, specifically tailored to the mining industry, which will be included in FRESH MS (Freeport Safety and Health Management System).
● Developed a psychosocial assessment tool that aligns with the demographic characteristics of mining workers, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all worker levels (included analyzing and interpreting survey data results from 600+ employees to test the tool’s validity and reliability).
● Adapted and translated a NIOSH document to make them applicable and understandable for Indonesian workers.

● Achieved top ratings in innovation, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, project management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and presentation skills during the final evaluation.
● Executed an end-to-end program engagement survey, resulting in a 40.6% increase in participation compared to the previous year and improvements in survey question quality, providing valuable insights to revamp the Culture and Engagement Team’s upcoming years initiatives.
● Led the complete production of five videos, including one for the Employee Experience Awards 2025, where SEIN-S won Gold Award.
● Assisted expatriate formalities, including finding accommodation and managing passports and visas.
● Initiated 13 new HR Policy campaigns using interactive visual to ensure all employees understood the new policies (e.g internal communication channels, business trip policy, etc.).
● Collaborated with external parties to implement 7 employee engagement programs.

● The #IAMIForYOUth initiative was introduced as part of PT IAMI's employer branding activation, primarily aimed at engaging university students through collaborative campus events, social media engagement, and involvement in MSIB Kampus Merdeka.
● Meticulously executed an offline campus event in partnership with HMM Institut Teknologi Bandung, yielding 132 applicants and achieving an impressive Satisfaction Rate of 3.8/4.0.
● Conducted an extensive research project to analyze the specific preferences of university students and automotive companies concerning workplace environments.

● Initiated a comprehensive SOP to support end-to-end student internship recruitment process. This includes outlining clear guidelines and making scoring metrics for the selection processes.
● Successfully established partnerships with 24 reputable companies to form internship agreements (Tribun Kompas, Tower Bersama, PT PMLI, PT Bintang Toedjoe, etc). Strengthening the relationship between students and industry leaders.
● Led two highly successful virtual events to showcase and enhance employment opportunities for 5th- semester students (along with APINDO, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, POLDA DIY, etc). These events were designed to connect students with potential employers and networking opportunities.
