A highly dedicated and growth oriented student at Universitas Indonesia. Proficient in human resources, human capital, talent support, and talent acquisition. I have experience related to conduct CV and LinkedIn reviews, supported end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, selecting, and interview). In addition, courses that support my career including Human Resource Management and Organizational Theory courses. I also took special courses in the psychology department, namely Psychology Career Education and Interpersonal Relationship. I also studied the psychological testing tools that I got during the Psychology Career Education class, such as the Holland interest and talent test, intelligence test (IQ), and arithmetic logic test. Always try to learn something new, to improve and gain more knowledge as much as possible.

- Officer Development Program (ODP) performance evaluation: Conducted monthly performance evaluations for over 50 Officer Development Program (ODP) participants across various batches at Bank Mandiri. This involved not only identifying key performance gaps but also proposing actionable solutions to enhance their development and overall program effectiveness.
- Extensive recruitment support: Provided critical assistance in the recruitment process for more than 200 ODP candidates for each regional division of Bank Mandiri, ensuring a smooth and efficient selection process.
- Managed the administrative needs of Officer Development Program (ODP) participants at Bank Mandiri, including handling personal data and coordinating regional placement requirements.
- Bootcamp project development & Outreach Strategy: Developed and designed the Bank Mandiri bootcamp project specifically for interns. Crucially, I also spearheaded brainstorming sessions to devise strategies aimed at attracting a massive number of final-year students from over 100 colleges across Indonesia to participate.
