• Updated HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control) for over 700 activities across 12 areas and 4 departments, involving a comprehensive review and update of hazard identifications, risk assessments, and control measures to ensure all potential risks were managed effectively.
• Conducted risk analysis by performing on-site assessments and consulting directly with area owners.
• Revamped 50+ risk mapping based on the updated HIRAC, which included reassessing and redesigning risk mapping to accurately reflect the latest hazard identifications and risk assessments.
• Participated in Gemba inspections to observe and improve workplace safety, which involved walking through work areas to identify safety issues and engaging with employees for insights on safety improvements.
• Updated SOPs related to Danone 12 Safety Basic Standards, ensuring all procedures reflected current best practices and regulatory requirements through thorough review and revision.
• Created Work Instructions for activities involving the DAF machine, developing detailed, step-by-step instructions and consulting with area owners to ensure the instructions were accurate and comprehensive.
• Prepared PowerPoint presentations on incident, near miss, and first aid reports in two languages.
• Responsible for accurately inputting data related to unsafe actions and unsafe conditions reported by employees into the Sphera, ensuring all reported issues were logged and tracked systematically.
