- Validated vendor material claims on train wheels through comprehensive compositional analysis using XRF, OES, SEM-EDX, and hardness testing, supporting procurement decisions and ensuring compliance with rail safety standards.
- Performed adhesion and durability tests on exterior train decals using cross- cut adhesion test, AFM, pull- off test, contact angle measurement, and TGA, evaluating surface treatment reliability under thermal and environmental stress.
- Enhanced material selection protocols by providing data- driven insights to prevent wheel failure, integrating findings into INKA’s material engineering recommendations.

- Directed and coordinated the Minerals and Materials Processing practicum on hydrometallurgical extraction of ferronickel, involving 70+ students. Led experimental execution, conducted performance assessments, and reported progress to lecturers in 4 scheduled meetings.
- Drafted and proposed RAB (budget proposals) for laboratory infrastructure upgrades, supporting procurement of new equipment and materials to improve the effectiveness of extraction-based experiments.

- Conducted gold leaching study comparing NaCN 98% and Florrea Goldix 570; results showed 84% Au recovery with NaCN and 399.93% Cyanide detox efficiency using Goldix 570, highlighting the trade-off between metal recovery and environmental performance.
- Performed process cost analysis based on reagent dosing and pricing; concluded that NaCN was ~5.7× more cost-effective per test (Rp1,821 vs Rp10,408), offering critical insights into process optimization.
- 3Participated in bottle roll testing and gained hands- on exposure to full plant operations, including milling, leaching, CIL, electrowinning, and smelting, from raw ore to dore bullion production.
