Business Process & Design IT involves activities related to assessment, planning, implementation, development of business processes, and management of IT service systems known as MySSC (Shared Service Center). Additionally, Business Process & Design IT plays a crucial role in developing effective processes and workflows that are scalable and easy to replicate across each Subholding unit in Indonesia.
● Created a detailed Business Requirement Document to clearly define and improve the meeting number service.
● Designed an intuitive mockup for the approval form to streamline the meeting number issuance process.
● Created a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflow to automate and improve the efficiency of the meeting number process.
● Conducted a thorough gap analysis to align 11 ICT services with the MySSC services catalog.
● Re-engineering of 11 ICT services at Pertamina BMC to better align with the service catalog and improve service delivery.
● Redesign Operational Dashboard Power BI (Support Group, Team Workload & Automation)

Sertifikasi Certified System Analyst (CSA) dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) merupakan sertifikasi profesi yang mengacu pada Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) Nomor Kepmenaker 389 Tahun 2020, yang dirancang untuk memastikan kompetensi analis sistem dalam siklus penuh pengembangan perangkat lunak. Sertifikasi ini mencakup 13 unit kompetensi kunci, mulai dari penerapan metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak (J.62SAD00.001.1), identifikasi sumber kebutuhan (J.62SAD00.002.1), pemilihan teknik elisitasi (J.62SAD00.003.1), klasifikasi dan alokasi kebutuhan (J.62SAD00.004.1), hingga negosiasi dan validasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak (J.62SAD00.005.1–J.62SAD00.010.1). Selain itu, peserta juga diuji dalam perancangan struktur perangkat lunak (J.62SAD00.011.1), desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) (J.62SAD00.013.1), dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) (J.62SAD00.014.1), sehingga menghasilkan tenaga profesional yang mampu menjembatani kebutuhan bisnis dan solusi teknologi secara sistematis, terstruktur, dan sesuai standar nasional.
