PT Pertamina (Persero) • Magang
As an intern in Industrial Relations and Compensation Benefit at PT Pertamina (Persero) (Jul 2024 – Jan 2025), I helped update 10+ Tata Kerja Organisasi (TKO) policies, drafted broadcasts on Employee Engagement, RWP, and MCU, and supported Job Fit benchmarking with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. I assisted ComBen workshops, RKAP planning, and documented Challenge Sessions for 15+ subsidiaries, deepening my grasp of remuneration strategies. I joined the Pertamina Industrial Peace Level (PIPL) Assessment—reviewing employee-well-being data and helping verify 250+ evidence files for the PIPL audit of PEP and PEPC. I also served on the EIRC 2024 committee, handling engagement analytics and sponsorship logistics for 14 subsidiaries, took part in the RWP Upskilling Program with UGM, and contributed to Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) discussions and conflict-resolution training.

As Chairman of HUMUS FEB UI—the Faculty of Economics and Business’ environmental organization—(Feb 2022 – Feb 2024), I steered campus-wide conservation campaigns and community outreach that advanced sustainable practices and ecological awareness across Universitas Indonesia. Overseeing four functional divisions (Travel, Human Resource Development, External Relations, and Education), I managed every stage of our annual learning programs, from research and discussion through execution and post-event evaluation. I also published the research paper “Jakarta Tenggelam, Cegah atau Pindah!”, which explored the twin challenges of global warming and land subsidence threatening the capital.
