Throughout my internship, I gained hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) procurement, particularly in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management. One of the key learning moments involved understanding how vendor sourcing is carried out based on the criteria defined in the Terms of Reference (TOR). My role included supporting the procurement process by preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQ), evaluating price proposal documents, and drafting contract agreements. I also worked closely with vendors, coordinating document submissions and ensuring all administrative requirements were met. In addition to these responsibilities, I contributed to the preparation and processing of procurement payment documentation. This experience allowed me to observe and understand standard procurement practices such as market comparison, price fairness evaluation, and adherence to company policies.

I served as part of the Human Resource Development team at UNAIR Mengajar from March 2023 to February 2024, where I focused on fostering member growth and engagement. During this period, I designed and implemented development programs aimed at improving soft skills and building stronger team connections. My role also involved active participation in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring new members were carefully screened and aligned with the organization’s values.

Beyond recruitment, I handled member-related issues by providing solution-oriented support that addressed concerns effectively and maintained harmony within the team. I also contributed to creating a positive and growth-oriented organizational environment, emphasizing collaboration and well-being. Additionally, I worked closely on human resource management strategies to align team development with the organization’s broader vision and mission.

I held the position of Secretary of the Student Executive Board (BEM) at the Faculty of Advanced Technology and Multidiscipline, where I acted as the administrative lead and managed internal communications across the organization. My responsibilities included reviewing and supervising all official correspondence while ensuring proper documentation compliance. In this role, I also maintained organized minutes of meetings and accurately tracked attendance for all BEM FTMM agendas.

In addition to handling documentation, I managed data collection and maintained an efficient archiving system, including the inventory database, to support smooth organizational operations. This position strengthened my ability to handle administrative tasks with precision and ensure seamless communication within a dynamic student organization.

I also supported the Ministry of Media and Information by curating and disseminating content related to academic opportunities, such as competitions, conferences, and research grants. In my role as Secretary of the Department of Human Resource Development in the Scientific Reasoning Student Activity Unit (UKM Penalaran) from October 2021 to November 2022, I was responsible for managing and updating the organization’s member database to ensure accurate and accessible information. My role also involved conducting mid-term and end-of-term evaluations of work programs, providing valuable insights for improvement and future planning.

In addition, I collaborated closely with the Recruitment Division to design and implement effective onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization. I also developed an efficient administrative system and streamlined workflows, which enhanced overall organizational productivity and improved documentation practices.

Alongside this, I managed the company’s finances, ensuring careful monitoring of revenue, expenses, and overall profitability. As market trends and economic conditions shifted, I adapted the business strategy to maintain growth and relevance. Providing excellent customer service has always been a priority, handling inquiries and resolving complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
