Risha is a student majoring in Politics, Faculty of Social Sciences and Politics, Universitas Indonesia. Risha was awarded as Student Ambassador of Universitas Indonesia 2023, Most Outstanding Student in Community Service FISIP UI 2023, and became a UNICEF Indonesia Delegate for the 4th Global NCD Alliance Forum in Kigali, Rwanda 2025. Currently, Risha is pursuing a career as a content creator, MC, moderator, and Key Opinion Leader for several brands, while also initiating the Gandeng ODGJ community, which focuses on empowering people with mental disorders. Risha also serves as Commissioner of GMNI FISIP UI for the 2024 period and Head of the Social, Environment, and Community Bureau at DPC GMNI Depok City for the 2024-2026 period.

Interned under Mr. Samuel JD Wattimena, Member of Commission VII of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) from PDI Perjuangan Faction, representing Central Java Electoral District I (Semarang City, Semarang Regency, Salatiga City, Kendal Regency).

After years of dedication to mental health advocacy through founding Gandeng ODGJ, Risha has been selected as a delegate representing UNICEF Indonesia at the Global NCD Alliance Forum in Kigali, Rwanda, in February 2025. She is also honored to speak at the UNICEF Session of Youth Empowerment, initiated by UNICEF Headquarters. Her participation is fully funded by UNICEF United Kingdom and AstraZeneca. She also representing Gandeng ODGJ, Risha was nominated and recommended by UNICEF Headquarters to participate in the WHO Multistakeholder Hearing Meeting on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and Mental Health. This hearing serves as a preparatory process for the upcoming United Nations High-Level Meeting on NCDs and Mental Health scheduled for September 2025.
