I graduated with a Associate Degree in International Business from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman and currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Management at Universitas Widyatama (employee class). Having a year of experience in Customer Relations and International Relations at AIESEC in UNSOED, I am accustomed to building relationships through effective and efficient communication.<br /> <br /> I am passionate about exploring how HRIS can be applied in real-world business environments, particularly in creating efficient employee orientation, data driven HR planning, and improved internal communications. I believe my background in communication and management skills can contribute to supporting HR transformation projects.<br /> <br /> I also possess practical skills in public speaking, live hosting, and managing digital interactions, which strengthen my adaptability, rapid analysis, and data driven communication. I look forward to continuing to learn and contribute to the development of integrated HR information systems.
