Investment Banking Intern - Debt Capital Market

As an Investment Banking Intern in the Debt Capital Market (DCM) Division of CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, I am involved in the design and execution of debt capital market transactions, including bond and sukuk issuances, to ensure clients' financial needs are effectively met. I conduct weekly market analysis by evaluating macroeconomic factors and interest rate trends to identify potential opportunities and debt issuances.
I also contribute to the creation and review process of key transaction documents, such as prospectuses and presentations, by ensuring they comply with regulatory and compliance standards. In addition, I collaborate with internal teams to optimize the best possible outcome for the client.
