● Assigned to the Production and Maintenance section to learn the end-to-end gas production process, including purification, compression, and distribution stages.
● Conducted Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis on safety-critical components using FMECA and Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) methodologies.
● Contributed to the development of a preventive maintenance plan to improve unit reliability and reduce downtime.
● Helped identify 2 critical components with high risk and recommended maintenance intervals that achieved over 91% system reliability.
● Observed and documented best practices in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols within a high-risk oil and gas environment.

● Designed “Cocoease” an ergonomic and hygienic coconut squeezer for micro-enterprises and household use.
● Applied human-centered and ergonomic design principles to enhance comfort, safety, and usability.
● Conducted field research to identify pain points in traditional coconut squeezing methods.
