Saya adalah mahasiswa semester 5 Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan minat yang kuat dalam administrasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan pengembangan bisnis digital.Saya terbiasa bekerja secara terstruktur, fleksibel dalam tim, dan mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif yang saya kembangkan selama menjabat di Dewan Perwakilan Mahasiswa. <br /> Selain itu, saya telah mengembangkan keterampilan dalam manajemen media sosial, penulisan konten, bisnis digital, dan sumber daya manusia melalui berbagai kursus pengembangan diri.

During my internship program at PT PLN (Persero), I was placed in the Marketing and Customer Service Division. In this division, I had the opportunity to be directly involved in various administrative and operational activities related to customer service. My duties included data collection and archiving of service documents such as new installation applications, power changes, and complaint handling. I also help compile routine reports related to the service process, especially in summarizing data on customer complaints and feedback.
In addition, I participated in new customer potential mapping activities, where I helped process regional data and trends in community electricity needs. I was also involved in customer education activities through the creation of service information content and assisted the team in conducting customer satisfaction surveys. Through this experience, I not only gained a practical understanding of the public service process in the electricity sector, but also honed my communication, data processing, and administrative report preparation skills. This internship was a valuable experience that broadened my horizons on how customer service and marketing play an important role in maintaining public trust and loyalty to the company.

The Student Representative Council (DPM) of the Faculty of Economics and Business State University of Surabaya is one of the intra-campus student organizations within the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya, which performs legislative functions within the student government system. The DPM FEB UNESA serves as a platform for expressing aspirations, monitoring, and overseeing policies at the faculty level to ensure that students' rights and interests are adequately accommodated.
The Expert Staff of the Supervisory Board at DPM FEB UNESA is generally related to the supervisory function of student organizations at the faculty level, especially BEM FEB UNESA and HIMA and UKMF under the auspices of FEB. These expert staff work under the coordination of the Supervisory Board (also known as the Commission) and have technical and analytical duties to support this
supervisory function.
