Nadhila merupakan lulusan baru dari program studi Geologi di Universitas Indonesia. Ia memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang tinggi, menghargai kerja sama tim, menunjukkan etos kerja yang kuat, dan memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang telah terbukti. Minat akademik dan profesionalnya berfokus pada geologi perminyakan serta eksplorasi minyak dan gas. Ia telah menjadi anggota aktif AAPG Student Chapter selama lebih dari dua tahun. Selain itu, ia juga pernah menjadi asisten dosen untuk mata kuliah Geologi Minyak dan Gas, yang semakin memperkuat dasar akademiknya serta pengalamannya dalam membimbing.

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi OSES • Magang
Created a GGR database for 3 Fields (B,M and K Field).
Conducted sequence stratigraphy analysis on 30 wells, resulting in the identification of three main markers.
Analyzed facies based on conventional core data, sidewall cores, thin sections, and electrofacies interpretation from well logs.
Determined the geometry and distribution of the reservoir by integrating geological and geophysical data (including seismic attributes), producing an Isopach Net Sand Map.
Constructed 2D facies models using CorelDRAW.
Identified reservoir compartments and developed a Reservoir Connectivity Analysis (RCA) model.
Identified potential locations for the next drilling target.

Studied data management in the geothermal industry, focusing on 3G data (Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry), well data, and reservoir data.
Applied the existing data into software such as Python, Excel, or third-party software.
Worked on a diverse task and a Final Project related to a geothermal field case with a team of 8 members.
