Additionally, I am passionate about conducting research that provides comprehensive, evidence-based insights to support effective decision-making processes. As a student specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology as well as Social Psychology, I am committed to applying my knowledge professionally to create a productive, harmonious work environment that promotes employee well-being.
