Successfully reduced service order backout by 35%, from 819 to 537.
• Updating 23 work instruction documents to ensure alignment with current processes, standards, and to support operational efficiency and compliance within the organization.
• Created the CAT INSPECT Form to standardize inspections, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure operator accountability in following safety and service procedures.
