Successfully reduced service order backout by 35%, from 819 to 537.

• Created the CAT INSPECT Form to standardize inspections, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure operator accountability in following safety and service procedures.
• Performed customer data analysis from Machine Engine Population (MEP) related to CVA Level 2 contracts to ensure compliance reports align with contract provisions and support accurate reporting for improved contract management.
• Conducted mapping and analysis of Trakindo outstanding profiles related to CKB to ensure proper identification, providing a clearer overview of transaction status and development for improved monitoring and decision-making.
