I am a final-year student of Occupational Safety and Health study program at Politenik Rukun Abdi Luhur, who has high motivation to deepen knowledge of OHS. During my studies, I was trained to be responsible and serious in carrying out tasks and practices in the field. Have formal internship experience in a company for 5 months, informal internship in the UMKM tofu association for 4 months and has been a demonstrator of the correct procedure for using FE. Interested in having work experience in the field of occupational safety and health such as Manufacturing, Electrical, Construction, Mining, etc.

Berpartisipasi dalam inspeksi keselamatan menyeluruh terhadap APAR, scaffolding, forklift, kendaraan operasional, dan alat berat di area produksi serta vendor/kontraktor. Terlibat dalam asesmen dan dokumentasi Corporate Life-Saving Rules (CLSR) untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan. Melakukan kompilasi dan validasi data terkait kondisi tidak aman, penggunaan APD, serta jadwal inspeksi. Merancang dan mempresentasikan proyek formulir inspeksi digital untuk APAR guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketelusuran. Mendukung kegiatan re-sertifikasi peralatan keselamatan penting seperti alarm kebakaran, hydrant, crane, bejana tekan, dan sistem pentanahan listrik. Aktif dalam peringatan Bulan K3 Nasional melalui seminar, simulasi evakuasi, pertolongan pertama, dan inspeksi lapangan. Membantu penyusunan Rencana Tanggap Darurat dan prosedur evakuasi. Mengikuti kunjungan teknis ke area tambang, workshop, laboratorium (kimia & fisika), serta proyek lingkungan (hortikultura dan reklamasi pasca-tambang). Turut serta dalam pengujian gas ruang terbatas, pendampingan manajemen saat kunjungan lapangan, dan mendukung implementasi Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).

Assignment program as Junior Officer of Occupational Safety and Health, responsible for tasks related to safety and health in the workplace such as:
• Participate in ensuring the condition of the fire protection system readiness in good condition and ready to use in emergency conditions. Fire protection systems include FE (Fire Extinguisher), Hydrant, update evacuation route, and support the creation of a draft book of fire emergency response plans.
Carry out maintenance of FE, Hydrant and first aid kit based on checklist inspection.
Update the design of the evacuation route of the PLN building such as adjusting the current building structure design, including the position of the Kartini meeting room door, emergency door on the 1st floor, KKU section room, engineering room, procurement room, HR and general room, production meeting room, lactation room, and pantry on the 2nd floor.
Support the creation of a draft book of a fire emergency response plan containing sources of potential fire hazards in the PLN building, how to prevent fires, types of fire protection facilities, how to maintain and use fire protection facilities in the PLN building. In addition, the book also includes work permit procedures (IK and SOP) and emergency response communication flow procedures (SOP and communication flow).
• Participate in the implementation of inspections on boilers, WTP, and WWTP in each Unit 1, 2, 3 and 4 in ensuring compliance with the established standard operating procedures and entering findings in Inspekta to be input to the PIC / EHS Team TJBPS and KPJB.
• Participate in the implementation of the SMK2 Internal Audit (Electricity Safety Management System) of the Tanjung Jati B PLTU, such as making a GAP list of SMK2 internal audit reports from the Si-Matrik website with documents required by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
• Participate in the implementation of the SMK3 (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) Re-Certification External Audit consisting of 166 criteria referring to Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 concerning SMK3.
• Participate in supporting the implementation of P3K & APD procurement in 2024 which includes monitoring and inventory of the condition of each equipment.
• Participate in the implementation of Fire Alarm Commissioning carried out in units 3&4.
