Defined key problems such as consumptive behavior and impulsive spending in a cashless society, and identified audience insights through targeted surveys and data analysis.
- Set measurable objectives and goals, crafted compelling key messages like #JagaFinansialMasaDepanIdeal, and established target audience personas (ages 18–35 in DKI Jakarta) to ensure campaign relevance and impact.
