Developed and managed operational procedures for test tools, ensuring readiness for both physical and digital test administration. Oversaw the performance of personality test vendors and provided clear instructions to prospective apprentices. Assessed vendor collaboration proposals for TOEIC test implementation to ensure alignment with organizational requirements. Developed an automated scoring program for Fresh Graduate Programs (FGP) based on the quality of study programs across Indonesian universities. Created promotional materials, including flyers and a guideline book, to streamline the administrative flow of services in the OAC department. Enhanced administrative inventory management by organizing test answer sheets (both online and offline) chronologically from 2014 to 2024.
