- Oversaw a total of 63 members which devided into 7 divisions across 2 U-Shape's main areas, that is Training Project and Organizational Development, with primary focus on Training & Development (TnD) division;
- Designed and structured a 9-month organizational plan aimed at improving member capacity, workflow standardization, and elevating organization’s public image;
- Initiated and supervised the implementation of job analysis, leading to standardized job descriptions for all divisions and enabling the development of future internal training programs;
- Drove changes in the Training Project and TnD work system based on prior period evaluation; and
- Served as a facilitator to 20+ participants for Active Listening and PFA training, resulting a total 5.6/6 in satisfaction score given by the participants.

- Managing and leading a team of 6 other module developers;
- Provided expert guidance and advices on developing training modules, as well as on conducting need assessment to the clients within and outside the Faculty of Psychology UI, with PT. Cipta Sarana Mandiri and Ruang Setara as two of it;
- Developed 2 training modules based on Experiential Learning framework related to active listening, peer-counselor, psychological first aid (PFA), interpersonal communication, and conflict management;
- Included in organizing 13 training within and outside the Faculty of Psychology UI, also served as co-facilitator in 2 of them; and
- Participated in 360-degrees feedback process every 6 months to strengthen interpersonal effectiveness.
