Muhammad Ihsan Tozika
I am an undergraduate second-year student of Mechanical Engineering at Diponegoro University. I have several relevant experiences in the oil and gas industry to support my personal abilities, such as having undergone an internship at PT Perta-Samtan Gas Sungai Gerong Fractionation Refinery as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, relevant certifications and training in the oil and gas industry, and joining several internal and external organizations to support my own competencies and abilities. My interest in the world of the oil and gas industry makes me want to continue to learn more about it even when i have the opportunity to have a career in the oil and gas industry, i want to continue to develop and deepen the knowledge related to this field.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

During my internship at the Mechanical Maintenance Department at PT Perta Samtan Gas, i focused on one research with the title "Mechanical Seal Replacement on Centrifugal De-Propanizer Reflux/Storage Pump Tag No. 03-P-4101 A". This experience helped me improve my skills in Mechanical Engineering, especially in the gas industry. In addition, during my internship i was also take responsibility for and assist in the maintenance and repair of Rotating Equipment and Static Equipment.
Rotating Equipment :
• Performed mechanical seal replacement and preventive maintenance on De-Propanizer Reflux/Storage Pump.
• Carried out preventive maintenance by replacing the Electric Motor belt and cleaning the system grille on the De-Propanizer Overhead Condenser.
• etc.
Static Equipment :
• Conduct preventive maintenance such as monitoring the corrosion rate, cleaning rust in the piping system and adding a layer of paint to avoid rust on the Fuel Gas Scrubber.
• etc.
Besides being responsible for rotatic and static equipment above, i also studied General Arrangement Drawing and Installation Drawing on NGL Feed De-Butanizer Bottom Exchanger and NGL Feed Pump. In addition, i have studied the process flow of NGL to become LPG and how it is distributed to the Loading Arm Jetty, Condensate Tank and Gas Dome through Process Flow Diagram (PFD).
