• Carrying out repairs and re-collecting data on documents listing all company welder employees.
• Assist prospective new welders in using the online form as an interview requirement by providing complete counseling starting from barcode access to completing the interview.
• Ensure all prospective welders comply with company protocols, safety and industry regulations, prioritizing operational and safety orders and compliance in all interview activities and before conducting visual tests.
• Able to communicate well and provide extraordinary service to prospective welding employees.
• Collecting data by calculating each process in welding to completion which is usually done by welding monitors such as Procedure Qualification Record and Proposed Welding Procedure Specifications.
• Manage data from the results of interviews conducted to prospective welder employees such as Welder Acknowledgement, Welder Qualification Verification Checklist, Qualification Test Training, QHSES Training, Welding Interview Report, Assessment Checklist Before Visual Test, Visual Welding Assessment Report, Training Feedback.
• Manage all welder data forms by moving them to the database.
