• Designed and coordinated the execution of mid-year and end-of-year Performance Appraisals across five departments in LSME, ensured comprehensive evaluation and feedback mechanisms that improved organizational performance and engagement.
• Conducted Performance Appraisals for 19 Human Resource Department members, identified performance gaps, provided actionable feedback, and resolved performance-related challenges that arose during the term, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Responsible for the execution of KATULISTIWA 16, an international scientific writing and national business plan competition.
• Managed and monitored the execution of Members Day 1, 2, and 3, engaged LSME members through networking, team bonding, motivation-building sessions, and inspiring talks from distinguished alumni, which strengthened internal relationships and motivation.
• Interviewed 18 members for key leadership roles, including the core coordinator of LINTAS (LSME Internal Training and Socialization) and the project leader for KATULISTIWA 17.
• Screened and evaluated applications from 46 candidates for to the HR Department staff in 2024, and successfully selected 12 candidates who demonstrated exceptional potential and alignment with LSME’s mission and culture.
