Farouq Al-Farabi
I am an individual with experience in customer service, communication, and business analysis. As a Customer Service representative in banking, I have not only provided excellent service to customers but also contributed to the growth of savings that exceeded the RKA target at BRI Selatpanjang Branch. My dedication to delivering outstanding service was recognized when I was awarded Best Frontliner in the BRI Service Excellent competition. Additionally, my part-time experience as a graphic designer and active involvement in organizations such as Ikatan Bujang Dara Riau and Purna Paskibraka Indonesia have strengthened my teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. I also achieved 3rd place in the Bujang Dara Kepulauan Meranti competition, which enhanced my confidence and interpersonal abilities. Currently, I am eager to continue growing in the field of customer service while also deepening my expertise in accounting and business analysis to contribute more effectively in the professional world.

Nama saya Farouq Al-Farabi. Saya memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Customer Service dan Teller di PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia selama 2 tahun 5 bulan.
Selama bekerja, tugas utama saya meliputi memberikan layanan pelanggan yang berkualitas, membantu nasabah dalam pembukaan rekening, menyelesaikan masalah terkait produk perbankan, serta memberikan informasi tentang produk dan layanan bank.
Melalui peran ini, saya mengembangkan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, keterampilan memecahkan masalah secara efektif, serta kemampuan menangani berbagai jenis nasabah dengan sabar dan profesional. Saya juga terbiasa menggunakan sistem perbankan seperti New Deliver System (NDS).
Adapun pencapaian saya selama bekerja di Bank Rakyat Indonesia yakni berhasil meningkatkan laba perusahaan dengan cara menawarkan berbagai produk perbankan seperti deposito, SBN, serta pinjaman.
Saya yakin bahwa pengalaman dan keterampilan yang saya miliki dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perusahaan serta memberikan pengalaman terbaik bagi nasabah.
