I developed the concept and strategy for an engaging educational flashcard game aimed at teaching waste segregation to 37 elementary school students in grades 4 to 6. I applied New Product Development principles and rigorous quality control to ensure the product’s effectiveness and user-friendliness. I compiled a detailed product assessment, achieving a 9/10 score for market understanding, and finalized the project report. I also managed communications with schools and NGOs for project permissions and secured IDR 5,000,000 in funding.

As Team Leader, I managed the entire project lifecycle for the website development, from planning to evaluation. I initiated discussions with the Bajo tribe's head in Sulawesi to gather essential insights and led meetings to understand the tribe's cultural nuances from an empathetic perspective. I developed the project timeline, allocated resources, and coordinated the team to ensure timely delivery. I designed and supervised the creation of a comprehensive website highlighting the Bajo tribe, and implemented quality control measures to ensure high standards throughout the project.

I conducted 60+ industrial data collection in Terboyo Industrial Area using .KML data and street maps, enhancing spatial analysis. I organized field data for the Candi Industrial Area into an attribute table and executed a coordinate survey of public facilities on Jalan Untung Suropati, aiding urban planning. I created a map showing Land Use Change in Candi Industrial Area (2014-2022) using Wayback Imagery for developmental insights. I also developed and implemented a WebGIS system for improved data visualization and sharing within Bapenda.

Research: Analyzed accessibility factors for public and social facilities to assess changes in Nilai Jual Objek Pajak (NJOP) in 2017 and 2022 using WebGIS-based visualization, with a case study in BSB City.

I conducted a field survey in Pendrikan Lor, Semarang, collecting Nama Wajib Pajak (NWP) data, WP addresses, DNOP info, and photographs for Pajak Bumi Bangunan (PBB) assessment. I created two maps of NOP block distributions and ten additional maps for specific NOP blocks in Karangrejo and Lempongsari to improve spatial analysis and tax accuracy. I also analyzed Sisir PBB data to determine land and building areas for 2022, ensuring precise tax calculations and effective property management.
