- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of the KAI Logistics Investment Budget Work Plan for 2024 by coordinating with several related parties through weekly meetings where there are 46 investment programs absorbed from a total of 55 proposed investment programs.

- Assisting in calculating feasibilty studies to determine the feasibility of a project such as container procurement, service point construction, container yard improvements and several other projects.

- Recap and manage important company data related to the KAI Logistics investment program in 2024 and the proposed KAI Logistics investment program in 2025.

- Developing a timeline and creating a gant chart to monitor the progress of the proposed program included in the KAI Logistics Investment Budget Work Plan for 2025.
