Aufa Wira Prakasa
As a fresh graduate law student, I have developed hard skills that my major focused on, such as legal research and writing through various campus and internship projects. During those times, I also trained my soft skills, such as project coordination and team leadership, completed by two years of holding technical and managerial positions at BEM UNS. Regarding my professional career, I am pursuing a career as a corporate legal officer since my main interests are corporate and business law. To achieve that, I am eager to learn from any working opportunity relating to corporate legal tasks, which is now proven by doing legal internships as many as I can.

1. Managed 7 members in implementing 3 Division Programs, such as Daily Legal Articles and Infographics, Collaborative Legal Studies, and Free Legal Consultation.
2. Arranged 2 Writing and Workflow Guidebooks for 2 Division Programs with the Vice-Head to be used by 7 division members.
3. Worked with the Vice-Head to proofread more than 110 contents of Daily Legal Articles and Infographics carried out by each PIC regarding their legal substance and writing to be posted on the company's official Instagram account and website.
4. Accompanied 7 Researcher PICs as the Draft Editor for 4 external partners in the Collaborative Legal Studies while also contributing as the Researcher in 1 of those.
5. Established several strategic policies for the division's improvement, such as D-1 content finalization, content classification emphasis, addition of 6 law scopes on every content, and 1o1 bonding.

4. Suggested several strategic recommendations which were later used by the Division Manager, such as content schedule maximization and department meeting optimization.

1. Created a comparison table between the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (Act No. 27, 2022) consisting of 14 main points each.
2. Identified over 75 Indonesian regulations consisting of Acts, Government Regulations, Presidential Regulations, and Ministerial/Institutional Regulations relating to data and/or information.
3. Summarized 8 chapters of the China Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and its implementation by foreign airlines such as Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific regarding their Customer Privacy Policy.
4. Conducted a 6-page resume of a 107-page Legislation Draft of the BUMN Act (RUU BUMN 2025) related to breach consequences and asset separation.
5. Learned and discussed the basics of the Limited Liability Company Act (Act No. 40, 2007) with the Internship Mentor regarding shares and company organs.

1. Assisted the Head of Relation and Networking Department in constructing 11 Department Programs, each of their KPIs was fully finished by 100%.
2. Drafted the department's internal agreement consisting of 6 obligations and 1 punishment signed by 25 department members regarding their do's and don'ts.
3. Executed brand partnership as the Campus Chief Committee with Daunnet Films in collaboration with Zyrex, Canon, and Hollyland in an AI Seminar attended by more than 100 participants.
4. Evaluated the performance of the 3 divisions through each of their Heads of Division on monthly reports.
