In my internship at Schoters, I excelled in a role requiring strategic analysis and marketing communications skills, earning almost a perfect score from my mentor. I have developed competencies in several sector; Strategic Communication, Advertising, Marketing Communication, Project Management, Creative Thinking, and Social Media. As a Marketing Strategy Intern, I have done several tasks, but not limited to;
1. Initiative Reporting: Reported on new initiatives weekly for strategy enhancement to
present during daily meetings.
2. Performance and Expense Management: Managed daily and weekly marketing performance and expenses, providing comprehensive overviews to managers and C- level executives.
3. Project Management: Served as the Person-In-Charge (PIC) for various campaigns, such as the LPDP Campaign and Schoters Anniversary, enhancing reports and strategies to increase brand awareness.
4. LinkedIn Outreach: Conducted LinkedIn outreach to expand market reach and boost customer acquisition, contributing to effective marketing strategies and overall company progress.
5. Content Analytics: Using Emplifi, I analyzed various content from Schoter’s social media to determine which types of content and platforms work best for the brand. Additionally, I compared these findings with competitors' performance to enhance our strategy.
6. Tools I have used; Airtable, Emplifi, Google sheets & docs, Microsoft PowerBi, Qiscus, etc.

As a Student Coordinator at KKN PPM UGM, my job is to manage student activities in the designated area, namely Desa Singosaren, fortunately the grade I got for my performance is an A. Additionally, I help students communicate well with local communities, understand their needs, and support development projects. This position requires leadership and good communication skills to achieve the goals of the KKN program and positively impact the local community.

Asian Games 2018 • Project Base
The opening ceremony of the 2018 Asian Games took place on Saturday, 18 August 2018, at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this event, I participated as one of the 1,600 high school dancers from 18 senior high schools across Jakarta who performed the Ratoh Jaroe dance. As the performance progressed, we changed the colors of our costumes and formed different patterns which evolved into the flag of Indonesia in the end.
