Anya Indras Sweri
A third-year student in the Diploma IV Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program with a specific interest in the mining industry. My studies focus on industrial hygiene and workplace environmental measurements. I excel in organizing and managing documents, providing efficient administrative support, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. I am detail-oriented, have effective communication skills, and can work independently or in a team. Additionally, I am proficient in using various instruments such as luxmeters, sound level meters, HazDust EPAM 5000, vibration meters, spirometers, audiometers, anemometers, and the QUESTemp 32 digital heat stress monitor.

During my internship, I successfully achieved all the general and specific objectives set for the program. I expanded my knowledge and applied the concepts learned during my studies to real-world situations, particularly in the field of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). I gained an understanding of the organizational structure of OSH, policies, and the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), including planning and evaluation processes implemented in the company. Additionally, I applied the HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) method and participated in various OSH programs.
I also conducted workplace environmental measurements using available tools, understood the auditing mechanisms of the OSH Management System according to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, and contributed to emergency response efforts in industrial settings. These experiences allowed me to develop both technical and practical skills necessary for a career in the field of OSH.

Managed and facilitated a 7-day inbound program for over 50 international students and 5 faculty members, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication between participants and event organizers. Responsibilities included coordinating logistics such as accommodation, transportation, and daily schedules to deliver a smooth and organized experience. Provided support and solutions for various participant needs, addressing issues like language barriers, health concerns, and logistical requests. Additionally, maintained detailed documentation of attendance, daily activities, and participant feedback, reporting regularly to event coordinators.

VOCATION SMART CAMPUS "BUILDING TOMORROW WITH AXIOO: AI & ROBOTICS FOR THE MODERN INDUSTRY" • Organisasi
Collaborated with the Vocational Faculty, Axioo Indonesia, and PT Maspion Group to successfully run an event with over 200 participants. Organized and led five pre-event meetings and briefings to ensure alignment among all stakeholders. Managed the registration process for over 200 participants, including confirmations and maintaining an accurate database. Supervised participant check-ins and oversaw the overall event flow, achieving a 98% satisfaction rate based on post-event surveys. Additionally, assisted the main PIC by preparing and distributing 10 briefings and updates to the team, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
