CubMu is an online video streaming service provided by Transvision, A CT Corp company. In my position, As a UI/UX and CX observer, I was primarily concerned in learning about users' experiences and how they interacted with the site. To increase usability and customer happiness, my duties included

- evaluating user behavior
- identifying pain points,
- and offering design enhancements.

In the end, I wanted to help CubMu users to enjoy a smooth and interesting watching experience, which would help the platform succeed and keep people coming back.
