Alya Pangestu
I am Alya Pangestu, a passionate Chemical Engineering graduate from Diponegoro University, dedicated to developing sustainable solutions in the chemical process industry. Hailing from a remote region in West Lampung (3T area), I’ve learned that limitations fuel creativity and resilience, qualities I bring to the professional world. My internship at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur equipped me with hands-on experience in ammonia-urea production operations, material selection, and process efficiency. As a Laboratory Assistant, I honed my skills in supervising practicum workflows, ensuring procedural compliance, and managing chemical equipment and inventory. Additionally, I developed cost analysis and procurement expertise as Treasurer of LPM KINETIKA, alongside stakeholder coordination skills through my role in HMTK (Chemical Engineering Student Association). My achievements in scientific competitions demonstrate my problem-solving abilities, but more importantly, I believe collaboration and continuous learning are the keys to success. I am ready to tackle challenges with a blend of technical expertise, adaptability, and a drive to contribute to production optimization, Research and Development, quality control, and supply chain management.
