-Conducted research focused on adapting Vero cell cultures to serum-free conditions, exploring alternatives to fetal bovine serum (FBS) in the production of biological products.
-Successfully achieved stable Vero cell growth in serum-free conditions in both Tissue Culture Flask and microcarrier system, with morphology, viability, and density comparable to conventional medium cultures
