PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) is Indonesia's premier aerospace company, specializing in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of aircraft for civil and military use.

As a Production Planning Research Intern, I was responsible for collecting and analyzing data to validate production planning capacity. Here are several highlights of my internship experience at PTDI:
• Data Collection: Gathered and analyzed readiness data from 276 production facilities across 12 production lines, achieving a 98% data accuracy rate. This data was essential in supporting critical decision-making for production planning and capacity validation.
• ERP Software: Utilized PTDI's ERP system to streamline data entry, storage, and analysis, enhancing the accuracy and accessibility of production data and enabling more efficient tracking of production workflows.
• Rough Cut Capacity Planning: Analyzed production data for 7,013 unique aircraft parts, identifying capacity constraints and production infeasibility using advanced data analytics. This analysis led to the development of a comprehensive strategy to address 95% of identified capacity issues.
• Risk Mitigation: Proposed strategic solutions aimed at reducing overload across workstations, which could potentially lead to an 87% reduction in overloaded workstations and significantly improve workflow efficiency.

The Logistics Systems and Business Laboratory (SILOGBIS) is a specialized facility within the Department of Industrial Engineering. • Market Research: Assisted in collecting and analyzing over 1,200 data points for a market research study titled “Surakarta’s Readiness to Become a Gigacity Pioneer in Indonesia” for the Association of Telecommunication Network Providers (APJATEL), contributing to a comprehensive report that influenced strategic decisions.
