Exposure to the loading and unloading processes, including on-board logistics management. This skill is essential for understanding how to handle the flow of goods safely and efficiently.
3.Commercial and Passenger Services:
Participants learn about passenger service management and other commercial aspects, such as ticket sales strategies, customer service, and maintaining passenger comfort throughout the journey.
4.Safety and Emergency Response:
Training on safety procedures at sea, including handling emergencies like fires, evacuations, and disaster response protocols onboard.
5.Crew and Human Resource Management: Participants gain experience in working closely with the crew, fostering interpersonal and teamwork skills critical in the close-knit environment of a ship.
6.Maritime Documentation Management: Understanding the documentation required for ship operations, such as cargo documents, manifests, and voyage reports, which are essential for maritime procedures and administration.
