3.Safety and Emergency Response:
Training on safety procedures at sea, including handling emergencies like fires, evacuations, and disaster response protocols onboard.
4.Crew and Human Resource Management: Participants gain experience in working closely with the crew, fostering interpersonal and teamwork skills critical in the close-knit environment of a ship.
5.Ship Maintenance and Engineering:
Basic exposure to ship maintenance, including engine operations, electrical systems, and other systems necessary for keeping the vessel in optimal condition.
