• Ensuring the event runs according to the organization and concept of the event.
• Directing participants at the beginning and at the end of the event.
• Documenting all activities and uploading them on the IOUB Instagram.

• Documenting all activities both photos and videos.
• Doing live updates on Instagram story.
• Uploading photos of activities to IOUB's Instagram feeds.

International Office Universitas Brawijaya Magang

International Office Universitas Brawijaya (IOUB) is a unit engaged in internationalization. IOUB is a unit in the university that accepts international students from all over the world. IOUB aims to develop and strengthen cooperative partnerships between Brawijaya University and other international universities and international communities around the world. IOUB was established to increase the number of international students to study at Universitas Brawijaya and to build Universitas Brawijaya into a World Class University.
As an intern student, I was positioned as a Creative Team and Office Administration Staff. The tasks I did as a Creative Team were as follows:
• Managing IOUB's Instagram account as a medium to spread information about IOUB.
• Creating designs for IOUB's Instagram feeds.
• Creating live updates for every external and internal activity through IOUB's Instagram story.
• Creating posters announcing office activities.
• Documenting all external and internal activities of IOUB.

And the tasks I do as an office administration staff are as follows:
• Create activity reports for external and internal IOUB events.
• Scan financial documents and proof of office expenditure transactions.
• Assisting in filling out and processing PERDIM documents or passport application forms for international students of Universitas Brawijaya.
• Directing international students of Universitas Brawijaya who need assistance.
• Pick up and deliver office documents that require stamps and signatures.

PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is a sub-holding of PT Pelindo. PT TPS is engaged in shipping and receiving container services domestically and abroad. As an Office Administration Intern, the job desk that I got was:
• Inputting heavy equipment preventive maintenance data into excel.
• Calculating total man power in 2023 to find out how many workers are needed in 1 work shift.
• Archiving heavy equipment asset certificate documents owned by the company.
• Inputting the validity date and certificate number of heavy equipment assets and facilities owned by the company.
• Preparing minutes report for vendors who work with the company for maintenance of heavy equipment and company facilities.

HMPS Administrasi Bisnis Vokasi Brawijaya Project Base

I was trusted to be the Vice Chairman in the Election of the Chairperson of HMPS Administrasi Bisnis, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Brawijaya. This activity was held by HMPS Administrasi Bisnis, Adhyatama Biseka Cabinet 2022 period in order to determine who will become the Chairperson of the Association in the 2023 period. My role as vice chairman is:
• Fully responsible for organizing the chairman election event.
• Controlling, supervising, and assisting all divisions working for this event.
• Reporting periodically every update of this event to the steering committee.

Became the Venue Division Coordinator at the Welcoming Party Staff Muda HMPS Administrasi Bisnis, Vocational Faculty, Universitas Brawijaya (30/10/2022). The activity was held by HMPS Administrasi Bisnis Kabinet Adhyatama Biseka period 2022 in order to welcome the joining of new young staff in HMPS Administrasi Bisnis and introduce all members, divisions, and work programs of HMPS Administrasi Bisnis. The activities that I carried out during the event were as follows:
• Ensuring the certainty and readiness of the room for the event.
• Organizing the layout of the room for the event committee and participants.
• Decorating the room according to the concept that has been determined.

Vokasi Hiring is a project initiated by MICE lecturers (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) with the aim of introducing the Faculty of Vocational Studies of Universitas Brawijaya, especially the Business Administration department to high school students in Malang. My role as design coordinator for the class was:
• Determine the concept and make the design of the committee's Instagram Feeds, Instagram Stories and ID cards.
• Documenting all activities in the form of photos and videos.
• Live report on Instagram stories.

Vocational Internal Competition (VITION) is a championship event between departments in the Faculty of Vocational Studies which is divided into several types of competitions. This event is a program of the Ministry of Youth & Sports (PORA) BEM Faculty of Vocational Studies Universitas Brawijaya. The tasks I performed as part of the Staff of Field and Equipment Coordinator were as follows:
• Prepare all the needs for each type of competition.
• Determining the budget that will be spent for the needs of the event.
• Fulfill all the needs of each division.
• Securing and directing event participants during the activity.
• Returning all equipment to its original place after the event is over.

RAJA Brawijaya (Rangkaian Acara Jelajah Almamater Universitas Brawijaya) is a series of activities that aims to facilitate new students of Universitas Brawijaya to know things related to campus life. This series itself consists of two series, namely PKKMB and Open House. RAJA Brawijaya was held on August 16-18, 2022. And Open House was held on October 20, 2022. The activities I did as Staff Supervisor during the event were as follows:
• Delivering all information about PKKMB (Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus Mahasiswa Baru) to new students through google classroom and WhatsApp group.
• Helping new students complete the needs for PKKMB.
• Directing new students from the beginning of the event to the end of the PKKMB event.
• Sterilizing the area after new students leave the venue.
• Became Liaison Officer (LO) of Badminton UKM Universitas Brawijaya.
