Fleet Intern

1. Selected as one of 7 interns from a selection process of more than 100 applicants to join the programme
2. Assigned as Fleet Intern who support all of activity in Directorate of Fleet such as Marine Superintendent, Purchasing, and Quality Safety and Security (QSS) team
3. Inspected ship condition based on engine and deck equipment with the marine superintendent in charge to make sure everything is smoothly operating
4. Created a work order and make work report by year based on the detailed job to be done by all of vendor
5. Analyzed and review spare parts needed for ship maintenance to be input to the internal company system
6. Collaborated with the harbormaster and internal auditor to conduct an external and internal audit to ensure ships obey and comply with government regulations regarding ship operations at sea
7. Able to complete policy and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for ship inspection such as all of spare part in deck, engine, etc

2. Checked all port rates served by Pelni vessel
3. Monitored and make daily report of vessel condition such as Passenger Ship, Pioneer Ship, and Container Ship
4. Helped the Business Development Department to make a study feasibility of new Pelni office in Surabaya
5. Finished all of daily job and several project in Passenger Vessel Operation
