Led and managed 20 group mentors and 10 academic mentors of PDB, assigning them the task of creating mentoring materials to be implemented over 4 weeks. Developed two guidebooks containing information on event guidelines, assignments, and regulations for the departmental orientation program, PDB 2023. Responsible for creating assignments and an evaluation system to introduce the department environment and foster creativity among Biology students of 2023.

Maintain the internal cohesion of 120 functionaries through PSDM internal events, such as team-building activities, achieving a 100% attendance rate. Evaluated the performance of 120 functionaries by providing "Rapor Diri" and recognizing the best staff and best work programs from the 10 bureaus and departments of HMD at the mid-term and end of the tenure.

Standardized 15 proposals, created over 500 letters, and produced over 1,000 certificates for the work programs of the PEMKAD department and Humas bureau.
