Process Simulation Assistant

ITS Tekno Sains Project Base

This project was conducted in collaboration with ITS Tekno Sains to support the performance test of a 10 MMSCF Compressed Natural
Gas (CNG) facility owned by PT PLN in Riau. The main objective was to verify contractual compliance requiring a minimum gas flow rate of
2 MMSCFH (48 MMSCFD) at 20 barg to support a 200 MW power plant.
Contributed to a chemical process design project by performing steady-state and unsteady-state simulations using Aspen HYSYS.
Supported the engineering team in evaluating mass and energy balances to optimize process performance.
Delivered simulation outputs used for decision-making in technical reporting.

As a teaching assistant at the Department of Chemical Engineering, ITS, I supported academic activities for the Mass and Heat Transfer

Delivered tutorials on the basic principles of ANSYS software, including geometry creation, meshing, and model setup.

-Conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the Urea Formaldehyde Concentrate (UFC-85) production unit to identify operational
deviations affecting product quality.
- Investigated quality issues in the product caused by deviations in the reactor and absorber performance.
- Developed practical recommendations to realign operations with KOP standards, improving both product quality and process reliability

Society of Petroleum Engineers ITS Student Chapter Organisasi

SPE ITS SC, atau Society of Petroleum Engineers Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Student Chapter, merupakan organisasi yang dipimpin oleh mahasiswa dan berfokus pada pengembangan profesional di industri energi. Dalam kepengurusan, saya memimpin tim kunjungan industri untuk melaksanakan dua agenda utama: kunjungan ke PPSDM Migas Cepu dan ke Pertamina RU IV Cilacap, masing-masing dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 30 orang. Kegiatan ini memberikan wawasan langsung kepada peserta mengenai operasional industri migas di lapangan. Selain itu, saya juga terlibat dalam kolaborasi konten interaktif bersama engineer dari Halliburton melalui sesi unggahan pasca-acara. Selama masa kepengurusan, saya berhasil memenuhi Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dengan capaian sebesar 96%.
