As an Intern who is part of Health, Safety, Environment and Social Security for 4 months from February to June. During my time as an intern I have been given several responsibilities including:
● Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environmental Performance Indicators (HSEPI).
● Prepare monthly HSE Card Reports for performance tracking and improvement identification.
● Assess Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
● Conduct PROPER assessments to align operations with national regulations and sustainability goals.
● Helping audits of the SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) across Medco Power sites to verify regulatory compliance.
● Implement OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 management systems to uphold health and safety standards.
● Facilitate regular training programs and health checks to reinforce a safe work environment.

As an Intern who is part of Health, Safety, Security and Environment for 1 month from January to February. During my time as an intern I have been given several responsibilities including:
●Supervise the maintenance of pipeline systems and conduct water pump examinations to ensure operational integrity.
● Assist new hires with their safety orientations
● Collaborate with PT PPLi to monitor the transportation of hazardous waste (Limbah B3) and coordinate evacuation route meetings.
● Conduct vibration measurements on hand-arm exposure to assess health risks for workers.
● Assist with ISO audits, conduct safety stand-downs, input data into the SIMPEL system for efficient monitoring and reporting, learning Health, Safety, and Environment procedures and standards specific to the oil and gas industry.
