Tiara Azhari Anstrong
I am an Electrical Engineering graduate from Universitas Islam Indonesia with a GPA of 3.6 and strong interests in power generation, control systems, power engineering, telecommunications, and data analysis. I have hands-on experience in designing and analyzing power systems, including solar power plant projects and telecommunication networks, with proficiency in ETAP software for electrical simulation and analysis. In addition, I am skilled in developing IoT-based remote monitoring systems, PLC programming, interpreting electrical wiring diagrams, and utilizing Proteus software for circuit design. For my final project, I designed a remote safety and security system for a Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SCFE) machine, which successfully increased process efficiency and reduced machine downtime by 5%. I also have professional experience as a Document Control staff at PT PGAS Solution, where I was responsible for managing technical and administrative documents, ensuring version control, regulatory compliance, and smooth documentation workflows to support project and operational efficiency. I am known as an adaptive and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical thinking and a commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions. I see the MAGENTA BUMN program as a valuable opportunity to sharpen both my technical and managerial skills while contributing meaningfully to the professional world particularly in the energy and technology sectors.
