and cultivation management with the field assistant and foreman.
3. Learned the process of marketing and trading rubber processed products in the form of bale
for sale abroad.
4. Conducted research in the field, mantained files, records, company documents for my thesis
and activity reports and successfully finished my thesis.

1. Learned and worked on sugarcane parasitoid multiplication process from caterpillar pests in
laboratory and successfully achieved 80% success rate of caterpillars turned into cocoon.
2. Worked on sugarcane plant propagation using tissue culture (in-vitro) in a sterile laboratory.
3. Supervised work with field assistant to manage the cultivation activities in the 2 division of
sugarcane field.
4. Promoted and sold the sugarcane processed products into white crystalline sugar as know as
Walini.
