Previously, contributed to the Airport Operations Division at the state-owned airline PT Pelita Air Service, as well as the Safety and Compliance Division at the Ministry of Transportation of Indonesia. Former Talent Experience Team Leader at AIESEC, where I led people development and internal engagement programs—building a strong foundation in HR and communications.
