● Maintained and completed all administrative tasks for the Human Capital department, ensuring accurate and up-to-date document.
● Analyzed and organized the selection process for the open recruitment of HMDM FEB UB, successfully handling 300+ applicants from management students.
● Managed and developed strategies to execute 16 strategic agendas within one period and achieving 100% of the key performance indicators Human Capital agenda.
